How do I get the full version back on a new or reset iPhone?

Sign in with the same Apple Account you bought it with. The app usually unlocks by itself when it starts. If it doesn't, tap Unlock the full version on the home screen, then Restore purchase.

Does the purchase work on my other devices?

Yes, on every iPhone signed in with the same Apple Account, at no extra cost.

The app says it is waiting for approval.

Ask to Buy is on for this account, so a parent or guardian must approve the purchase first. The full version unlocks by itself once it is approved.

How do I change the language?

Open Settings (the gear on the home screen), then Skin & language. Each skin comes in one language; the free version includes Ink & Lacquer in English, Chinese, French and Spanish.

I deleted the app and my progress is gone.

Progress is kept only on your iPhone and is not copied anywhere, so deleting the app removes it. The full version itself is never lost: restore it as described above.

A puzzle is too hard.

Tap ? on the home screen for the rules of each game. In Relaxed mode there is no timer and hints are unlimited.

How do I ask for a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple: visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
